Booking and Cancellations

A credit card deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit is held as a down payment towards your requested service and will be applied to your total bill. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment and we are given proper notice, your deposit will be available as a credit that can be used towards services, products or goods. If you cancel your appointment and proper notice is not given, your deposit will be forfeited and used as compensation for the time that your appointment was allotted. We do not refund deposits under any circumstance. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter please email or call the salon.

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do require a 48 hour notice for lash services and 24 hour notice for all other services.

Scheduled Appointment Times

It is imperative that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We allow for a fifteen-minute grace period if you contact us to let us know you are running late. If you are beyond fifteen-minutes late, chances are your appointment will have to be rescheduled resulting in penalty fees as described above.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit and Cash are accepted. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates in any denomination may be purchased at Lash L’Heureux Coterie!

No Cell Phone Policy

We ask that you respect the salon’s wishes and adhere to our No Cell Phone Policy. Calls are not to be taken during services and we ask that you refrain from use while in the salon out of respect to other clients and staff. We require that cell phones be placed on vibrate while in the salon.
